Study Submissions:
When you complete and send Bible study answers, we may collect your name, phone number, lesson information, answers, submission date, and notification token so we can review your answers and send a response.
Prayer Requests and Questions:
When you send a prayer request or question, we may collect your name, phone number, message content, date, and notification token so we can pray for you, respond to your request, and notify you when we answer.
Push Notification Information:
If you allow notifications, Huys uses a device notification token provided through Firebase Cloud Messaging. This token allows us to send app notifications, including replies to study submissions, prayer requests, and general app announcements.
App Content Usage:
Huys may store limited app-related information on your device, such as seen messages, local preferences, and saved app state, to make the app work correctly.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information only to provide and improve the app’s spiritual and educational services, including:
- receiving and reviewing Bible study submissions;
- responding to prayer requests and questions;
- sending notifications about replies or app announcements;
- keeping study and prayer conversations organized;
- maintaining app functionality and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
Huys uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Functions. These services help us store submissions and prayer requests and send notifications.

4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your submitted information may be accessed by authorized Huys team members only for the purpose of reviewing Bible study answers, responding to prayer requests, answering questions, and providing support.
We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the safety, rights, or integrity of users, the app, or others.
5. Data Retention
We keep study submissions and prayer request messages as long as needed to provide replies, maintain conversation history, and support the app’s purpose.
Users may request deletion of their submitted personal information by contacting us. Some information may remain if required for legal, security, or backup purposes.
6. User Choices
You may choose not to send study submissions or prayer requests.
You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. If notifications are disabled, you may not receive alerts when we reply.
7. Children’s Privacy
Huys is intended for general spiritual and educational use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without permission, please contact us so we can review and delete it if necessary.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no digital service can guarantee complete security.

Your information may be processed through cloud services outside your country of residence. By using Huys and submitting information, you understand that your information may be processed through these services.
